During the first two years and from then following a biannual strategy, CM will offer its facilities at affordable prices. The price includes rent, bills, weekly cleaner, double spacious room (15 sq m) with double or single bed and use of all the common spaces including library, studio space and patio.

Affordable Space CM will make an Open Call for submissions to be awarded one of the 4 places. To apply for the Affordable Space CM Program the organization will ask to sent/email a CV, Statement of Intention and 3 images or samplers of work. The organization would decide on the interest and professionalism of the applications and will favour the applicants that plan to stay at least 3 month or more. The maximum stay will be of 1 year. There is the possibility to rent the space as a group, couple or even a family.

Affordable Space CM will offer funding advice and practical support to the tenants. This support will be given by a person of the organization that will function as the bridge between the tenants and the village; this person will be temporarily living in the house and will function as the landlord. Sporadically CM will offer the possibility to organize trips in the region as well as facilitate a car in demand. CM will not be responsible for the organization of any exhibition or event but will help if it’s required. The obligations between the tenants and CM will be a contractual one implemented by personal assistance and advise.
